Shipping costs will be deducted from the amount of refund. The contents of the package must be in their original condition and secure within the box. For your security, do not indicate the contents of the package on the exterior of the box.

Please insure the package for the full purchase price. For security reasons, do not disclose the contents when insuring the package. Jewelry Designs is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during shipping. All returns must be accompanied by the original sales receipt.

Please mail the package to the address below and confirm that your name and address are clearly printed on the outside of the packaOcJewelry Designs will process your return upon receipt of the package. Jewelry Designs must confirm that the returned jewelry has not been damaged, or suffered excessive wear and tear during the 15-day period.
